1. Place the large cake pedestal in the middle of the table. Stack the smaller pedestal on top of the larger one.
2. Fill small cordial or shot glasses with crushed mints or marshmellows to mimic snow.
3. Place two to three minature candy canes in each glass.
4. Arrange the glasses around the rim of each cake pedestal.
5. Sprinkle crushed candy cane in between the glasses and around the bottom of the cake plates.
