I have made this (minus hot sauce) so many times for special occasions in my family, and everyone just falls in love with it. There is something about soft, homemade biscuits and creamy sausage gravy that makes you feel so good. I usually make eggs on the side and some fried potatoes. Not a healthy breakfast, but if you want a special breakfast that reminds you of family, this is it for me. Glad it's one of your favorites, Paula!
