Happy Independence Day, y’all!

July 4th is one my very favorite birthday celebrations, and one I get to share with my entire country, too. This year I plan to cook up a feast in honor of the U.S. turning 233 years old! I’ve got tons of great grilling recipes for you, including a wonderful new recipe for Marinated Tenderloin in a Grilled Eggplant Blanket. And as a side or an appetizer, try my delicious Chilled Summer Melons with Key Lime Dip. Of course, no birthday party is complete without a cake, and my Savannah Strawberry Tall Cake is an All American dessert that everyone’s sure to love!
