Our smoked chops have a full smoke house flavor, yet can be ready to serve in about 2 minutes. They're great for grilling, too.

MICROWAVE: Place Smoked Chops in microwave-safe dish; cover with wax paper. Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes per chop or until heated through. If desired, cut slits around edges of chops to prevent curling. Time and temperature may vary depending on equipment. To warm the sauce: Place sauce packet in a small bowl. Cover with hot water and let sit 2 minutes until warm. Spoon 1 tablespoon of sauce over each chop or serve on the side for dipping.
PAN FRY: Spray skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Cook Smoked Chops 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through, turning once halfway through cooking time. Remove chops from pan and serve. To warm the sauce, place sauce packet in a small bowl. Cover with hot water and let sit 2 minutes until warm. Spoon 1 tablespoon of sauce over each chop or serve on the side for dipping.
GRILL: Grill Smoked Chop for 5 minutes on one side; turn chop and grill for 3 minutes. Baste one side of chop with 1 tablespoon of sauce and grill for 2 minutes. Turn chop again and baste with 1 tablespoon sauce and grill 2 minutes longer or until heated through.
