Autumn Apple Chops

A crisp fall day and a hot apple and pork chop dish - they just seem to go together. Lightly floured pork chops brown up nicely and the apple flavor makes the combination delightfully mellow. Serve with fresh crisp green beans and cornbread stuffing.
