
Honey Sunshine Marinade
A fresh citrus marinade that is light enough for shrimp and full flavored enough for chicken, beef and pork.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 2/3 cup honey
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 3 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 lemon, juiced
Steps
In a large bowl place all ingredients and whisk until emulsified or place all ingredients in a blender and mix until emulsified. Pour over desired protein, cover and refrigerate*. Barbeque bake or broil your meat as desired.*Marinating times: Shrimp or scallops (1/2 hour), chicken (6 hours), beef and pork (24 hours).
