
Smoked Sausage and Sauerkraut
Flavors and aromas perfect for a crisp autumn evening or a cold winter's supper, this complete skillet supper satisfies. Serve with a rustic bread.

Ingredients
- 2 Smithfield Smoked Sausage
- 1 1/2 lb. sauerkraut
- 2 tbsp. Djon mustard
- 12 oz. honey brown ale
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Steps
Heat saute pan on stove over medium-high heat. Slice smoked sausage on a bias and add it to hot pan. Saute sausage for about 3 min on each side; remove from pan and set aside. Using the same pan add the sauerkraut, Dijon mustard, ale, and salt and pepper. Saute for 3-4 minutes before adding the sausage back to the pan. Plate and serve.
