Cook Time: 7 Minutes
Prepare grill to medium heat. Wrap each sausage with the partially cooked bacon and secure with a piece of bamboo skewer or toothpick at each end if needed. Place sausages on the grill and cook for only 2-3 minutes a side. Just until the bacon is cooked through. Remove from the grill and remove skewer pieces or toothpicks. Serve on a bun with tomato slices and stone ground mustard.
*If Smithfield Smoked Sausage with Cheese Links are not available, substitute Smithfield Smoked Sausage Links. Use a small knife to split each smoked sausage from end to end without cutting through. Open sausage and use spray cheddar cheese to insert cheese from end to end. Bring ends back together and proceed with recipe by wrapping each with bacon.)

ALSO DID A SPIN ON THIS BY USING BRATS WRAPPED IN BACON AND SERVED WITH SAUTEED ONIONS AND GERMAN MUSTARD.
