Turkey Wrap

Some days just have to be sandwich days. In 5 minutes you can have a beautiful, nutritious, delicious meal for your family.

Serves: 6
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Smithfield Product: Luncheon Meat

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. Smithfield Deli Thin Turkey Lunchmeat
  • 12 slices Smithfield Naturally Hickory Smoked Bacon, cooked crisp
  • 6 sun-dried tomato 10 inch tortilla wraps
  • One 7-ounce container sun dried tomato hummus
  • Boston or Bibb lettuce leaves washed and dried
  • 1/4 red onion slivered
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • Salt and Pepper (optional)

Steps

Heat each wrap for about 10 seconds in a hot skillet or in the microwave.
Spread each wrap with hummus, spreading to within 1 inch of the edge all around. In the center of each wrap, place a leaf of lettuce, 2 tomato slices, onion, salt and pepper. Layer deli thin turkey and top with 2 slices of bacon. Roll tightly from the bottom.
