A meal any kid will love.
Cook Time: 16 Minutes
1 pound Smithfield Ground Pork
1 (11-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust
1 (1.25-ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 cup salsa
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Mexican cheese blend
Tortilla chips, coarsely crushed
Toppings: shredded lettuce, sliced ripe olives, diced tomatoes, sour cream
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a 15- x 10-inch or larger dark or nonstick baking sheet. Unroll dough on baking sheet. Starting in the center, press dough out into a 15 x 10-inch rectangle.
Cook pork and taco seasoning mix in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until pork is no longer pink. Drain pork in a colander.
Spoon and spread 1 cup salsa on crust; top with ground pork mixture and cheese. Sprinkle with tortilla chips. Bake until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 13 to 16 minutes. Top with desired toppings.
